Cold Forming – With virtually zero material losses, multi-station technology for complex geometries & High speed formers for simpler and standard configurations.
Hybrid Technologies – Development of product geometry using sophisticated high speed, material saving cold-forming techniques, combining them with high speed, purpose built machining processes, delivering cost savings, reducing weight, increasing strength and opportunities to increase corrosion resistance.

I began working in the screw and turned parts sector at the tender age of 16. In the subsequent 42 years, I have had the privilege of working along-side some of the industry’s brightest minds in both manufacturing and distribution. The world has of course changed over those years, but the fundamentals of supply remain the same today as they were then; QUALITY, PRICE and DELIVERY. As industry turned its eyes to Asia for competitive pricing, new challenges in respect of quality and delivery evolved. Thinking about our own journey, we quickly identified potential compliance issues associated with processes, specifically with secondary operations. So, in 2007, we sent a team to Taiwan with the objective of closing these quality gaps. We located premises and began the process of building a quality control centre. In the early months of 2008, we were ready to go. The impact for our organisation was instant. Historic issues associated with deliveries from Asia were virtually ironed out overnight. We saw the opportunity and rolled the model out. We developed a sales and logistics department for direct supplies to our customers in the UK, Europe, China, India and Central America. Why Taiwan? Taiwan has a broad and mature range of highly competitive manufacturing options, their proximity to each other allows for convenient and robust management of processes. Perhaps our most important asset is our roaming Q.A. team who spend most of their days working at the heart of production processes, auditing compliance, and verifying final inspection. This makes us unique within our sector and underpins the reputation we are renown and relied upon for.
